Our Story

Forno Cannata a was founded in Messina in 1960 by di Salvatore Cannata who had the passion of pleasing gourmets’ palates with the delicacies he prepared himself “with his fingers always in every pie”. That is why his sons named the company after him, since everyday it produces home-made delicacies as he used to.

Today the dream of the father has been brought forward by his three sons Giovanni, Tommaso and Renato Cannata, who dedicate themselves to produce bread and other specialties, with expertise, solidity and passion, by means of the most modern equipment, and the best suppliers who provide top quality ingredients, as well as thanks to the art inherited by their father.

All products by Forno Cannata, prepared with the most natural ingredients, are packaged as soon as they come out of the oven, in order to keep their taste unaltered, as well as freshness and fragrance. The company also guarantees express delivery throughout Sicily and several Italian regions.

The premises situated in Villa Franca, extend for more than 1.500 sqm: , the core of the Cannata family. Inside it the entire production cycle takes place from bread to focaccia, from pizzas to bruschetta, including frozen deli.

Our strong points are the expert team and the most modern technological equipment; the result is a production for large scale retail trade, at regional and national level, including catering..
